Not only did Figgy drive in the tying and go-ahead runs, he set up the opportunity for Frankie to convert his 47th single season save, a new Angels record, breaking the one set by All Time Angel #32, Bryan Harvey in 1991.
Congratulations to Francisco Rodriguez on this great accomplishment.

not only do we say goodbye (hopefully in style to good old tim salmon) but tomorrow we get win number 90 and a sweep of the a's. it may mean nothing in the grand scheme of things but it means something wonderful to me.
wouldnt that be 4 out of 5 years with not only a winning record but 90 wins?
