Good news: Cleveland has a poor road record of 18-27
Bad news: The Angels have a poor home record of 22-23
Good news: Other than Hafner and Martinez, Indian batters have so-so numbers vs. LHP - this bodes well for Joe Saunders
Bad news: Broussard and Sizemore have CRUSHED righthanders this year, and Belliard, Hafner, and Martinez are hitting over .300 against RHP - this does not bode well for Dustin Moseley.
Good news: Cleveland is 7-14 in one run games and have the fewest saves in the AL
Bad news: The Indians have outscored their opponents by almost 40 runs, suggesting that they are perhaps unlucky and much better than their losing record indicates
Good news: Vlad is hot again, the offense is picking up, Kendrick looked great on Sunday, and Salmon has three career hits against Paul Byrd - all homers
Bad news: Garret Anderson caught Scioscia cheating on his wife at a motel in Detroit - there is no other possible explanation for GA to start against LHP's.
Good news: The Angels are hot and are 11-1 in the month of July. Cleveland has lost 7 out of their last 9.
Bad news: I can't think of any - but we'll let Rob think of one ;)
