WBC ruined Colon???

It's obvious that everyone, including Mike Scioscia, is towing the MLB line about the World Baseball Classic, he won't say that it hurt Colon at all. Colon's stats from the WBC were:
14IP, 1R, 13H, 2BB, 7K, 191P, 107S, 3G
for those of you that are counting, thats a measly 0.64 ERA, and 1.071 WHIP
In addition, his current personal trainer is of "questionable" background and was the Puerto Rican team's trainer as well.

Does nobody remember that Colon wasn't able to complete his ALDS Game 5 appearance?

Fire Mickey Hatcher. An entire generation of Angels offense depends upon it.

Also

He was on a highly limited pitch count, with Alfredo Griffin coaching the team and monitoring him, and almost definitely would have seen as much action in Spring Training. Fatty was F'ed up enough before hand, but the WBC didn't help things.
