Upcoming Commercial

So my brother started getting into the acting business last year and hes already landed a Quest and Subway commercial. He just got a job on an upcoming Gatorade commercial that he is shooting. Point is that the commercial is the Yankees vs the Angels. The lucky ass got to go work and meet/get autographs from Lackey, GA, Kendrick, Hillebrand, and Speier...oh yeah, who cares - but Jeter too. Harvey Kitel is in it too...

Disclaimer: my brother is Dodger fan and pays attention to them and the NL so he doesn't know much about the Halos so i hope he was telling me the right player names that were there...

He told me everyone was prttey cool except one. He said GA is cool but really quiet, soft spoken and easy going. Lackey is a big dude and really cool - he was telling the crew/extras stories about 02 season when he got called up. He said Speier was the collest of all - real personable, telling jokes with everyone and having fun. He said Kendrick was kind of a dick though (I thought that was kind of wierd).

Quick turnaround though cause they were shooting last night at Diablo Stadium - with the FanFest just ending...

He grew up around the game (dad was Chris Speier) and he has been in it a long time.

Howie much coller the second night of shooting

commercial shooting wrapped up and he said Howie was much cooler. Thing that sucks is that Jeter is stealing bases on us during the commercial.

Please do something good this offseason...I'm still waiting...

Its kinda wierd actually...

Note the prior disclaimer about my brothers knowledge of the Halos but he said that Anderson was playing 1B. Which made no sense to me - but after I asked him several times he said it was GA at 1B - Kendrick at 2B, Shea at 3B, Lackey on mound, some hispanic player with a long last name he couldn't remember at SS (not Cabrerra, Izturis or Aybar) and some guy named Gregorio? or something at catcher.

Please do something good this offseason...I'm still waiting...

I'll get booed mercilessly of course,

but somehow I've never minded the idea of Anderson -- it's Plantar Fasciitis/it's not Plantar Fasciitis -- camped out at 1B. Especially with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim's General Manager (TBD) signing Andruw Jones to hit behind fellow prospect Vladimir Guerrero next season.*

*Disclaimer: I am talking nonsense because this off-season has just gone on and on and on... When does Spring Training begin, and who will be posting pics at which corner of the internet?
