Baseball ON TV... what a thought!

"For the first time since 1989 there will be a full season of baseball games of the week on broadcast television. Fox will carry games for 26 Saturdays beginning April 7. Fox also will carry the All-Star Game, American League Championship Series and World Series."

AND THERE WILL BE NO LESS THAN 8 ANGELS GAMES BROADCAST NATIONALLY!

Now I know that when we're on national TV we have a suspect WIN/LOSS, but as I don't currently have cable, this is very good news.

National my ass

Being in NYC I can only hope I get to see that many Angel games that are not against the Yankees, but I'll bet what they mean is there will be 2 national games broadcast at the same time. Basically the Angels will be on in the Western USA, and some team I see all the time and could care less to see again will be in the Eastern USA.

Being on Fox means two things:

1. If I want to go to a game, I have to sit in the hot SoCal summer sun for 4 hours; and 2) You are one of 3 games being offered for regional US broadcast.
