way to challenge his lazy ass about "anaheim angels". that "i'm just used to it" argument is about as valid as calling the Indianapolis Colts the Baltimore Colts.

There are still some news sites that refer to them as the Anaheim Angels. I loved the Rev's comments about calling them the California Angels. I did feel a lot of Arte love coming from the Reverand too.

Arte is my methodology.

In the wildest dreams of the hardest-core Angels fan, nobody could have imagined a better owner for this team. That is the core belief from which all perspective on the franchise eminates for me.

Arturo

Unless Arte is the world's greatest BS artist, he has a lot of us fooled. But I do Not believe that at all to this point in his ownership of the Angels. I believe that Arte truly cares about the Angels and as importantly, the integrity of Baseball. He absolutely loves what he does for a living and it shows.

There are times that I wonder if Arte is too good to be true, but until he proves otherwise we are extremely fortunate to have one of the best owners in all of professional sports.

If we had Frank McCourt for our owner...Ugh! Or Peter Angelos or Tom Hicks? Man, anyone that complains about Arte should have to interview fans from those teams and make a report about how badly they suck.
