Haven't had a chance to watch much of the game but I didn't really want to read this headline on MLB.com
Escobar departs with strained back

TEMPE, Ariz. -- Angels starter Kelvim Escobar left Saturday's game at Tempe Diablo Stadium against Colorado in the third inning with a strain in the lower left side of his back.
The extent of the injury was not immediately known. Escobar will be re-evaluated Sunday, the club announced.

UPDATE:
Doug Padila Reports: He walked to the clubhouse down the right-field line under his own power and did not seem to be in any discomfort.

I was watching...
When he walked off he looked ticked off that he said anything. I think he would have continued in a regular season game - he looked annoyed more than anything. There was no limp, or noticeable discomfort.
