So in case you need something to cheer up your day following Scot's splendid eighth inning, a little something from Jon Heyman at SI.com
Entitled "Ahead of the pack - Angels stand out as top World Series contender" and containing nuggets of love such as "Several see Kendrick as a batting champion in the making" and "The Angels have the clearest path to the playoffs".
He kind of spoils it, however, with "Their setup men, Scot Shields and Justin Speier, are the envy of everyone". I'll agree with that latter, not so sure about the former... (for today anyway)
