Howie Kendrick up, Izturis to the DL
Howie Kendrick is back with the big club, Mice Tits has the hammy issue again and has been moved to the DL.
I assume Howie starts at 2B Wednesday Night in Detroit. The Angels have now put Maicer Izturis on the DL twice this season for the same hamstring. Fortunately, the team is quite deep in the infield.

At tonight's game in Sacramento...
After about 4 innings (after Howie had homered and scored 2 runs), he was very abruptly removed from the game. It makes sense now.
In the end, Salt Lake hang on to win. Saunders pitched very well tonight, too.
That hammy
I have been totally impressed with Izturis' defense this year; I'd stick him in the lineup over Figgins without hesitation these days. It's a shame.
But Howie's return is the real big news.
I can not agree more
Also for Cesar
yeah

i love Mice Tits
Article today about Braves needing a 5th starter
Anyway just a yhougjt from where a bat might come from..maybe they'd like Catasco or Mosely?

OK, this can get ridiculous
And they're not trading Chipper, either - the Braves are in a real pickle because they don't have a strong bench, therefore they will have to try to deal prospects to a non-contender (KC?) and hope thing work out (Odalis again?).

The time is now
The price always goes up when you are desperate.

I'm glad to see that others worry, too.
However, please allow me to inject some possibilities:
Juan Rivera may come back healthy and productive.
Kendry Morales may evolve into more than just a bench jockey (not to imply that he isn't useful, but we've got too many dancers and not enough chairs right now).
Dallas McPherson (yes, Dallas McPherson) just might make it back sometime in July, August, or September......it's possible.
September callups could include help from Wood, Evans, Mathis, Brown, or..........Nathan Haynes (Knock it off....these guys are our future).
It's obviously not an exact science, or they probably wouldn't even play the games. I trust the baseball talent evaluations of Stoneman and Scioscia; They make mistakes, but they learn from them. Any way you look at it, they know more than I.
Dallas McPherson?

Bucs
P.S. Let's all remember that while Dallas can't seem to stay healthy for more than a month at a time, he has proven he can hit RHP at the American League level.
no he hasn't

D-Mac
At least he'd only be 1 guaranteed out. Sometimes Hillenbrand makes 2.

How would you able to tell?
Make it seven tonight
We'll need to make sure Carrasco and Bootcheck are ready for that one.
Or at least Oliver.
Don't forget he's facing the #1 offense
