What strikes me as most impressive about the season thus far is actually what we've done on the road.
We went from starting the year 1-8 on the road to evening up our record away from the big A 14-14. That's a 13-6 record since that ugly road start, and that's including a couple of Santana starts which, as we know by now, are not the easiest games to win.
Also, this with what Fox Sports describes so far as "the fourth-toughest schedule in all of baseball." Anybody take a peek yet at our June schedule? We play exactly ONE team with a winning record.
That team?
The Los Angeles Dodgers of Sweepsville.
