Lone Ranger Help

This "Lone Ranger" website poll about our team pissed me off so much, that I registered with their website.

You know how people in the Bay hate LA? Maybe you don't because you probably live in LA. But they do. Not only do they hate LA. They REALLY hate LA.

Now have you heard about people in LA who hate the Bay? People in LA don't even know there's a place called S. Francisco. That's because LA is awesome and the Bay Sux.

Texas hates us because they SUCK. We don't hate Texas because they SUCK. Just like we don't hate KC or Tampa. Teams that SUCK aren't teams you hate.

So when someone says they HATE you, it usually means you don't SUCK. Unless you're Shea Hillenbrand.

Seriously, you should never stoop to trolling at someone else's web site. That is down at Coach Owens' level (and that's pretty low).

No matter what is said there, I would never join their ranks, even if it is to say something. Just post a rant in the HH diaries to get it off your chest.

I disagree. I actually kind of liked them (or had nothing against them), until I moved out to Cali, went to a game of theirs, and that stupid monkey started jumping up and down with their fans going absolutely wild. Craziest, dumbest, thing I have ever seen.

Rally Monkey, stoned Rex Hudler, Halo sticks, Scosia (no real reason; I just never liked him as a Dodger). One ethereal one is that they're so California-y. I don't even know what that means, but their fans seem like they are. The don't play in a ballpark, they play in an amusement park with a batch of fake rocks in the OF. And years of relative success.

angels
they are basically becoming a minarture version of the yankees and red sox. they just buy everything. players, fans, etc. atleast with the yankees and red sox they have always been a somewhat popular team around the country and very popular in their home cities. the angels were basically like the la clippers up until they started winning a few years ago, and now they might be the most popular team in LA because of all their stupid bandwagon fans... and the name change thing was a complete joke

It really must SUCK to be a suffering Rangers fan.
You Have an owner that ponies up endless dollars and you still lose. You watch you division rival get a ring before you do. You watch us own your ass!

For the most part though, they weren't too hard on the Halos, so the must be pretty descent fans. All be it, frustrated ones at that, and I don't blame them. I hate other teams announcers too.

Maybe one day Texas will get their ring, after we get our 3rd or 4th ring.

Thing I hate most about the Rangers is

...um, wait a minute. I don't hate the Rangers. They just suck as a team and their fans (from that blog) are actually fairly reasonable compared to our other division rivals. Even their announcers are decent. In a word, Meh.

lets face it

the rangers are no team to hate, ok maybe a slight bit of hatred. the M's are a team to feel sorry for, they can make the playoffs but not advance oh and 95 was lucky. the real team to hate in the AL West is..... The A'ss, something about them just pisses me off to no end. maybe its their 13,000 devoted fans that sit all high and mighty in the bay passing judgement on all of the "bandwagon" fans.

Success breeds contempt

Any pro team should be so lucky to become the object of fan hate. Switching sports and decades, the Tampa Bay Bucs went through a miserable stretch during the mid 80's-to-early 90's where they had 12 straight losing seasons, with their best record being 6-10. I don't ever recall people hating the Bucs back then; the team was ignored and irrelevant. But during this same period LOTS of people detested the 49ers when they were racking up Super Bowl championships.
