Not that it's of any real consequence to the Halos, but Jason Jennings just gave up 11 runs whilst recording on the 2 outs in the first inning at Minute Maid Park today - Ouch!!

What would you do if you were a fan? Cut your losses and go home or hope for some kind of miracle comeback? I suppose there's still 8 more innings but you've got to figure the Pads are going to tag on a few more

I think you're being facitious

but I think Moseley got pulled more for pitch count reasons. We were leading 12-2. If the guy gets a grand slam it's only 12-6. He hadn't pitched more than 50 pitches in 2 months.

Looking to watch the hometown ballpub!

I will be loitering in London from Sept thru Dec. Any Angel fans in town...with a Fox Sports West/KCAL Channel 13 MLB TV package? (I'm gonna learn the hard way just how spoiled we are here in So Cal, especially if the Halos go deep in the playoffs! I'll be beggin' for "Cabdeda" or "Guededo" ...)

get MLB.TV to survive in the UK, buddy.

The Halos occasionally pop up on the North American Sports Network (2-4 times per month) and about 20 or so pubs in London have NASN, but it's a crapshoot ... if the Angels game is clashing with a damn soccer match, they put on the freaking soccer.

Best bet in the UK is MLB.TV on broadband, and back it up with NASN on Sky satellite if you can afford it for watching on the proper TV.

Sounds like you have a bad battery

Have you tried using a different battery daily? The whole battery market went through a period last year where factory quality control sucked and contaminants got into about 90% of the lithium batts worldwide. Those overheat and they were still in distribution into this calendar year.

Go to your phone store and buy a new battery, talking to the manager about his return policy. If the new one does not operate cool then it's your phone and you are screwed. At least you can return your new battery.
