The Angels can totally do this --
No hysteria or sappy sentiment required.
A journey of three thousand miles begins with a single pitcher.

let's try to win one tonight...
then worry about what comes next after we complete step one.
Red Sox, we're comin!
HK and the Stolen Base
Seitz talks of HK not covering second on the stolen base when Napoli was ready to throw. My first reaction is that it was HK’s throw to take but maybe they didn’t cover to protect the against a giant hole on the right side that would be created by a hit-and-run play.
Anyone?
Or did HK just blow it?
Hard to tell on TV...
…but it looked like Aybar was playing way into the hole, away from 2nd base. My initial reaction, based on that, was that HK should have been covering.
The '56 LA Angels (PCL) cap logo...a classic.
I'm lowering my expectations...
just for today.
I don’t want a World Series ring
I don’t want ALCS win
Don’t even want an ALDS series win.
I just want a frigg’n win. One stink’n win boys.
Today.
Let no joyful voice be heard! Let no man look up at the sky with hope! And let this day be cursed by we who ready to wake... the K-Rod!
It all starts with 1 win
I’m not going to say that we’re “due”
I’m not going to say karma is with us or any of that junk.
I’m just gonna say that it starts with the number 1 – 1 man on base, 1 RBI, 1 run-lead, 1 victory.
