"And Angels manager Mike Scioscia said this afternoon that last night’s 7 1/3 scoreless-inning effort from his bullpen will not limit his options tonight.
'Everybody’s available,' Scioscia said. 'Even Jered Weaver.' "

What makes that paper more horrible than others?
No to defend said paper (Full Disclosure: I work there) – but at least said paper covers the team. It was good/bad that I could log on to ESPN.com and find NOTHING about the Angels before the playoffs started and after Games 1 and 2

i actually don't have that much of a problem with said paper
the biggest problem i have was the idiot that arose today (look at the fanshots).
COMPLETE tool.
for the most part, i like taking a look at the blogs. and this one was completely fine.
Kotch would've had that.

Angels are treated like an away team...
When compared to coverage received by Dodgers. Always has been, always will be.

Excellent
Frankie had a 33 pitch effort back in May, and came back the next day to pitch a scoreless inning and a save. He threw the most pitches of the bullpen last night.
I would have Ervin ready in the bullpen if needed. If it came to that, and we needed Ervin to pitch in order to win the game, better to get to game 5 and worry then instead of saving him for a day that never comes.

Papelbon
Has not pitched the next day after having thrown 24 or more pitches at all this season.

I like this paper
Not sure why people don’t. I’m not a huge fan of the author of said article, but for the most part the paper’s okay.
I’m happy Scioscia is going for this. No sense in leaving anything in the tank if there’s no car tomorrow.
I feel the need, the need...for speed!

Not good news
Lowell has helped the Angels this series with his 0-fer bat and lack of range.

If we finally get more than a nubber with risp, we just might get a Speier proof type of lead

my Speier voodoo doll is sitting next to the pin cushion and smudgepot.....
I’m prepared. Speier just might sprain an ankle
