PrintI just picked up a copy of this week's Sports Illustrated (Oct. 6) and turning to the back to Phil Taylor's piece saw HalosHeaven jump off the page. Not only that, but HalosHeaven member, Northwest, is featured prominently in the story, and there is also a quote by user wallispdub. Taylor referenced this fanpost by Northwest about whether he should shave off his rally moustache to please his girl.
So check it out.
At the very least, Northwest can consider this a warning to prevent his chick from reading the latest SI.
Whatever happened with that anyway, dude? Can we blame the playoff debacle on your girlfriend then?

Here is a funny thing
Other fan sites have these litanies of every time they are cited or mentioned and as detailed as these reports are on the other sites, they are quite thin, meanwhile I am losing track of all the coverage that HALOS HEAVEN gets in the mainstream media.

I am so going to let this go to my head.
The moustache stayed until after the game friday night. Then out of disgust I shaved it. Then we won. I thought i did the right thing….
And for those wondering what the moustache looked like? Picture a redheaded Adam Morrison.
