Someone posted here in June that Dayan Viciedo had defected from Cuba. He was playing on the Cuban National team since he was 14 and Alexi Ramirez says he is going to be a major league talent. They played together in Cuba so I trust Ramirez is right. He is now a FREE AGENT and teams are sending scouts to watch him work out in the Dominican Republic. His Agent wants to get him signed within the next week.

I think the Angels should sign him, Move Figgins to LF, and put Brandon Wood at SS. Keep Tex as well and DH/RF Morales.

This would be a sick lineup IMO. Morales and Naps back to back kicked ass last season so why fug with it. Then if rumors are true about Ordonez and we cant get Tex, Trade Aybar, Mathis, and Justin for Ordonez and put him where Tex is batting.
