We really enjoyed the dynamic you brought to our team last year and would love to back you as one of the "faces of the franchise" here in Southern California.

If you happen to read this during your decision-making process, let it be known that the Angel fans around the world will be glad to have you back on our team in 2009 and beyond.

I encourage other Angel fans to offer their positive words to Mr. Teixeira in this thread.

Baseball Jerseys are wildly expensive (for me). But I promise you if you sign with the Angels, I will be stoked to buy a jersey with your name and number on the back and I will wear it proudly for the 8 years that you rake in Anaheim. I know I will not be the only one. Sign with the Angels. You won’t regret it.

My dad already has the Angels logo on his upper arm. He showed it to Arte at Spring Training one time and Arte loved it. Now whenever he sees Arte at the games, Arte knows him as “tattoo guy”.

The Angels are the best possible fit for you. The Angels have Lackey, Santana, Saunders and Weaver. That’s 3 All-Star pitchers who are young and one of the best #4 pitchers in baseball.

You saw Napoli in September and in the postseason. The Red Sux don’t even have a catcher. Unfortunately you also saw Howie in the postseason, but I know you also have seen how quick his bat is and the potential he has. Maybe just maybe if someone could teach him to lay off some borderline pitches like YOU lay off of then imagine what he could do. Do the Red Sox have anyone even remotely as fun as Torii? I seriously doubt it!
