CC and the Halos vs Mgmt.
And no this does not include the very cool MGMT... I found this on Gammons blog via ESPN:
I think CC really wants to come to LAAA. Also of note, it seems that Brian Fuentes is now on the Halos radar. I guess not a whole lot of confidence in our bullpen as it stands tonight.
"Some players have said the Angels have made it clear to CC Sabathia that they'll guarantee him six years, but both sides say it is not true. Sabathia has not turned down the Yankees, either. He has offers from the Brewers, Angels and Red Sox, and the Giants have made it clear they will be in the bidding in certain circumstances. "Nothing," says a source close to Sabathia, "is different than it was a week ago."

I think he really wants to come out here too
but if he does, we HAD BETTER be signing Dunn and trading for another bat. There’s no way we can go into next season with our current offense and expect to win in the playoffs. That’s just stupid.
Kotch would've had that.

I have a question
This is completely off topic but I didnt want a new fanpost just for my question….
IF the same team signs 2 of our Type a Free Agents…. How does that work draft pick wise for us?
I’ve always wanted to know
Terrorist plot to blow up Fenway? I'm okay with that

I believe we get
their first and second round picks, plus 2 supplemental picks between first and second round.

I believe that this means that the Angels bloggers
get a crack at the other team’s players’ wives while their men are at spring training.

What's the difference
between Hardees and Carl’s Jr. I’ve seen that Hardees ad on the Cardinals outfield fence with the same logo and it’s always intrigued me. Is it the same food and same company but just a different name?

Kinda...
A couple years ago, Carl’s bought out Hardees. Slowly they’ve changed the menu. We have Hardees here in Wis. They used to suck, but they’re getting better…no western bacon cheeseburger yet. Still don’t have a Jack-in-the-Box, In-n-Out, or Del Taco here.
There is a mexican restaurant here called “Chi-Chi’s”. That shit cracked me up, I wonder if they know they called their place “Tits”.
I was uncool before uncool was cool.

There is a diner
right down the street from my old high school. The name of the place isn’t funny but there is an item of the menu called “the Wet Burrito”. lmao. I’m dead serious.

Wahoo's serves burritos "wet"
It means you get some sauce on top. Usually a red or a green sauce.
