we should
send a halos heaven thank you card to Dusty Baker... i forgot how bad of a manager he was. A list in game 6 alone of mistakes and missteps is too long for me to type up here.

And Chone Smith can take those 91 wins and shove it i'm calling 96 wins

Time Warner screwed up
They had it as going from 730 to 1030.
It went from 8:00 to 11:30.

At least I got the seventh inning on tape.

I'm really, really bummed.
I had it set to record tonight, but for whatever reason, it didn't.  So I just got back from softball, and no dice.  Real downer.  If anybody by any chance got a copy, please email me at the address in the profile and we can work something out.
Wake me up on opening day.

That's OK
If you went by the FSN listings, you missed the 8th and the 9th anyways.

No Kidding
I set up the TiVo.  I happened to notice that the game was still on after the recorder shut off, and I managed to get it going again.  Unfortunately, I missed Erstad's HR.  Recording resumed with Figgins on 1st, and GA at the plate.

Thanks FSNWest. Got it recorded now, think the giants channel played this game tonight? hehe......

I'm so happy now....
I had to work that night (back in 02) and was checking the score from my cell phone, so it was my first time seeing the whole game.  So much better than just the highlights.

When is game 7 going to be on?  I need to complete my DVD collection now :)

same here
I remember trying to watch it with bad reception and couldn't make much out.  I ultimately had to get friends (who themselves had to listen to the radio) to give me updates.

I've seen highlights, but never the full games.  Thanks FSN!

Don't bother me, I'm watching game 6.

People
A little advice:
Most DVRs have a function that lets you extend the recording time beyond the scheduled time for a program. I had mine set for 2 hours over just to be on the safe side. Learn it, use it, love it.

Gotta give MAJOR props to FSN for showing the whole game. I saw Game 6 on ESPN Classic a few months ago and it was so chopped up that it wasn't even much fun to watch... OK it was, but ESPN is lame.

Last night was awesome. After the girlfriend passes out tonight, I'm watching Figgy's 6 for 6 game.

I hate Tim McCarver
During JoMo's bunt:
"Under any circumstance is this a bad idea" (or something like that...)

really?  any circumstance?  so it's never ok to bunt?

His idea of color commentary is to criticize everyone!

Don't bother me, I'm watching game 6.

Chone
92 wins is the best record in the AL?  Really.  When was the last time that happened?
Um.........

I almost agree with Chone
Indians NY Boston 92, Detroit 91.

However: Angels 101 vice 91.

Seems about right.
