I figure he's still sleeping, so I'll post a link to his Angels preview since I just saw it.

Nice summary. Last line is the best.

As much as I love the comments on Deadspin, most of those attached to Mat's story are retarded. The same tired jokes about the name and the same unfathomable lack of respect.

Anyway, congrats to Rev for getting to write for one of the best websites out there.

I'm a little disappointed...

that he felt the need to lead off with a jab at Baseball Prospectus. Get over it. It was just a SPRING TRAINING preview.

Other than that, it was a good summary. I might have mentioned the likely maturation and improvement we expect to see from Kotchman and Kendrick.

No offense to Mat (Rev), but I didn't really like the preview. A bit contradictory and filled with you trying to be funny/cool. I've read some of your stuff on here and it's much better.

Congrats on the opportunity to write for them anyways. And yes, most of those comments left were ridiculously pointless.
