Money Quote: "Right-hander Kelvim Escobar has stopped his throwing program after experiencing renewed discomfort in his pitching shoulder.
Escobar had been doing some light throwing every other day for about a week when the problem resurfaced."

Meanwhile, Plunkett reports that Shields, GMJ and Figgy are not looking at anything too major, injury-wise.

Angels have been under reporting this injury

I suspect the shoulder is in much worse shape than the Angels have been letting on. At best he might be back after the All-Star break. It the shoulder doesn't need surgery, it might be better to have him pitch in relief this year. In 2005 he only made 7 starts due to elbow problems. But he came back in September and pitched great in relief down the stretch as the Angels prevailed to win the AL West.
