He’s not doing too bad w/RISP so far this season, since he has more RBI than you’d expect for a .104 hitter
6 hits, 6 RBI now. Not too bad.
Now if he can just get on base to set the table for our catchers, so they can start hitting some 2-run homers, instead of just solo shots. (Ignoring Napoli’s Grand Slam, for now)

Saunders is a freaking stud. Ervin or Weaver wouldve had to have been pulled after the HR. Saunders shrugged it off and finished what he started no problem. Gotta respect that.

I just realized K-Rod did that on purpose as revenge for them hitting Vlad.
The fact that he had his nasty stuff is proof. He could have gotten them out easily, but he wanted them to suffer. Note that he totally acts like Ritchies’ ball is catchable after it’s hit.

and B) They actually didn’t get on you until you insisted that it sounded serious even after being told it wasn’t.

They can hide behind the 'just kidding' card if they want
but you and anyone with a brain knows they are serious when they initially told me off, and that it’s legitimately how they feel about ‘outsiders.’ The “we’re not serious, you’re too serious lolololol!” stuff only starts AFTER they’ve caught you taking something serious, so they can look good and try to make the outsider look bad, even though the content of their initial comments was as serious as my own. It’s the e-attitude. Everytime you’ve been called out, just play the “omg we’re having fun, and you’re too serious card,” and you “win” in your own little world.
Whatever, they can enjoy their empty world series trophy case for another couple decades.

At least no worse than other boards on the SB Nation. 44FAN outside of someone ribbing you about hopping the 44 was for Mike Cameron I didn’t see them as being too mean but I’ll have to go look at it again. I thought the trophy case comment was kinda funny. When the um.. discussion.. comes down to “scoreboard” we don’t have much to defend.
