Has Moseley fully recovered from offseason surgery?
I’m wondering if Mos is still feeling the effects of the ulnar nerve relocation surgery he underwent in October 2007. His fastball last year averaged 90.3 mph but this year he is down to 88.2 mph. Hopefully he can show some progress towards regaining the zip on his fastball.
