Ultimate Standings: Franchise Rankings
http://sports.espn.go.com/chat/sportsnation/mag/franchiseRanks?lpos=spotlight&lid=tab4pos1
According to the ESPN The Magazine survey, the Angels check in as the #1 MLB franchise, and #6 professional sports franchise overall (out of the big 4 leagues). Can't say that I don't agree about being the tops of Major League Baseball. No surprise about how this franchise has become one of the best in all aspects. Keep it up Mr. Moreno.

Nice.
We probably could’ve been higher if they factored in “best looking fans”. Although that might go under the “Bang for your buck” category.
Whatever dude.

Couldn't agree more.
The Halos have reciprocated with fan costs that are 18% below league average and concession prices stuck in the past (beer is $4.50, and programs cost $3, less now than they did in ‘04).
Umm…somebody care to point me towards the $4.50 beers?
Howie drinks your milkshake! He drinks it up!
Ducks #5....Doyers, Lakers, Kings not even in top 60
Orange County sports scene sticking it to big brother
and I love...
that the Yankees are down at # 65, and Red Sox are all the way down at #89…
ha, my favorite national league team, the Padres, even beats both of them at #55…
Arte Moreno is awesome
Honestly, he could really be making a fortune if he did what the McCourt’s, the Steinbrenner’s, the Henry’s all do…charge $7.25 for a watery Coors Light and $20 for the cheapest cap at the stadium.
But he doesn’t.
He’s gonna end up with a massive, extremely passionate fan base.
