Yes we are still pacing the league but it nice to see that the Fremont A's are looking to challenge. They have rats in their ballpark, I hope this gets us off the hook for rat shit talking.

I need to get to 75 words so I started to wonder if anyone would ever see these rats, because as we all know no one goes to Fremont games................

Minor league team?

is that a minor league team? Whoever they are, rats in a ballpark is not a good thing, except when there in the A’s minor league system.

i bet portland seadogs (red sox affiliate) has rats crawling all over the field…. or i wish they did

No, it is a major league team. The Fremont A's. They play in McAffee stadium.

Anaheim Stadium Diamond Club Section 121 1st row (A)

There is a water drain next to row A seat 1. My parents sit in row B, Seat 1&2 for the past 25 years or so. Every time i sit in thier seats, there is a awful smeel of sewage coming from the drain. Fans have often complained. The only thing the stadium will do, is put paper towels drenched in cleaning solution over the drain, witch makes the smell even worse. I know Artie is aware of the problem but i’am not sure he has yet addressed it.

and I have sat in 121 E thrice over the last couple of years…I’ve smelled the stench. It is NASTY.

Are you serious?

With over 230 more health code violations to include a cockroach infestation, and your Angels are #1 in the same violations that you’re trying to pawn off on the A’s as being bad because they’re 2nd….to you?

I know I shouldn’t respond to stuff like this, but I’d like to continue to think that just because A’s and Angels are rival teams, that you don’t have to be as ridiculous as to revert to something like this. I know you guys are better than that, and if I saw something like this on Athletics Nation I’d do the same. I like to come here to talk about some good baseball between two good teams, let’s stick to that?

I read several SBN fan blogs, and find the Angels to be one of the most talked about

teams across the spectrum. Athletics Nation is no different, if not the one that hates and envies the Angels second only to Lookout Landing. I don’t go to AN much lately because frankly it is a dull read.

I dont think rats are the only things roaming in that deserted cavern they call their stadium..

And who cares if this guy is talking crap on the A’s. You guys talk crap on the M’s fans and vice versa, its apart of being a fan of your team.

The only reason I think you shouldnt be too happy about them being #2 is that you guys actually have a nice ballpark. I would expect rats to be in Oakland’s.
