Arte Moreno, the best owner in baseball, celebrates 5 years at the helm of the Angels today. The OCRegister's Anaheim City Council correspondent Bill Plunkett cannot help but get in a dig or two (revisiting the name change, lamenting the whopping $5 surcharge to Red Sox tickets at the Big A), but the numbingly long list of extraordinary accomplishments of the Moreno regime stifles even Plunkett's pathetic Pringle Provincialism.
