A friend of mine was remodeling his condo and the union pipefitter (working for the only contractor allowed by building) who came in to add fire sprinklers blew up the pipes and four floors got trashed. Probably seven figures worth of damage, but they don’t know for sure because they don’t have complete damage estimates yet.
