Bummer About Howie Kendrick

Dude who is close to the team calls me - Howie Kendrick had a setback, they're bound to delay him. I asked him "Is it the hamstring or the jammed thumb?" The dude says "Oh, you know about the thumb?"

That is all I got. Big bummer.

Let's just get him healthy. Team is still in 1st.

I am ok losing some time early as long as he is here in the end.

Delayed longer than the homestand?

That Plunkett reported and Phys confirmed tonight?

How bad can the thumb be?

Unless he jammed it again. He went 6/8 before the hamstring, and he just pounded two out last night.

Christ, I’ve been an optimist lately, but just shut him the hell down for a few months. This is ridiculous.

were playin tampa this weekend

and with the artificial turf, i dont want to take any chances. im all for just letting him ease back in slowly, and with s-rod holding his own, we should be fine

I wondered why the baseball was getting bigger. Then it hit me.

That is all! Just do it! Can’t wait to get you back!
