More East Coast Hyperbole

Our old buddy Bartolo pitched a gem yesterday, and he's been pretty good for the hated Sox, so the next obvious step is to put him in the Cy Young discussion right? Give me a break. Call me in the dog days of August, In Fenway, when Bart's sweating more than a hooker in church and the ball is flying out of that Bam-Box.

That being said...good for him. But if the Sox are depending on Colon to carry them back to the pennant, and if Big Papi doesn't bounce back, goodluck.

Good for Bart

But unfortunately, he is aiding the enemy. Scoundrel.

Run Support

5.44 runs/game when he pitches. Obviously that doesn’t count for all that much considering he has a 3.41 ERA with decent peripherals, but so far it’s looking like the threat of him being forced out of baseball is keeping him away from the Krispy Kremes.

Witty .sig goes here.
