It’s even brought in a gray cat known as Angel Eyes to prowl the corridors behind the outfield. Just in case.

I agree they should have called the cat Panther. I wonder how many “kills” Panther has gotten?
The other enlightening point of this story is seeing that the OC Ragister’s copy-editing standards still haven’t improved. The caption on the website reads: “Debris sits in the isles of Angels Stadium just after midnight Saturday as clean-up crews get to work.”
I didn’t know Angels Stadium had isles. Are they like the Hawaiian Islands? Or more like the Caribbean?
Hee hee. That’s what those bastards get for not hiring me for a sports copy editor position about 12 years ago when I needed a job. Touche, wankers!
