John Sickles reviews his Top Angels Prospects
I don't think Wood needs a change of scenery I think he needs a chance to play. Assuming the Angels have a big lead I'd really like to see him start in September.

I knew I was forgetting someone else from the Sweeney/Jung crowd.
Miguel Gonzalez looked pretty good last year at Arkansas at age 24.

i agree MH252525
if the lead is 10+ games in September, they should give him a good amount of starts.

Looks like Sickels review of Arredondo at #20 did'nt seem to pan out.
What a difference a year made to those few on the list that made it up to the majors, and now are back in the minors.
No ...
and Arredondo’s performance Monday night in Fenway proves that he may be up to the task should Frankie take the big walk

with the way figgy seems to be struggling lately
bringing up wood and giving him some ABs might not be a bad idea
Casey Kotchman For President
i saw that from....FoxSports, maybe?
i can’t remember. in any case, whoever it was said the exact same thing.
with the way Wood and Figgy are hitting, it might be a good idea to sit him and give Wood another look or 2 at 3B this year.
given Figgy’s struggles, it may not be a bad idea. we have a gigantic lead… just shift the lineup a bit.
Izzy/Aybar SS
Kendrick 2B
Kotchman 1B
Guerrero RF
Hunter CF
Anderson DH/LF
Rivera LF/DH
Napoli/Mathis C
Wood 3B
let the kid have a legit shot… see what he can do, now that he’s warming back up.
by the way, that lineup (with Izzy, Napoli and Wood’s AAA numbers) would score 5.176 runs per game
