When Maddon got thrown out of the game for arguing that call of Upton out at first base, I definitely saw Scioscia there.
Maddon's a bit more fiery than Sosh
Sosh takes a more cerebral approach. Don’t get me wrong, he gets fired up, but Maddon gets fired up.

Maddon stays pretty even a lot of the time, though
really, as the story said, they’re VERY similar.
Sosh only gets mad every once in a while, but when he does, you know something’s wrong.
i really admire both managers. they’re both doing an incredible job (even with as much crap as we give the Soth sometimes.)
