Youngman...
Look at the number of pitches and the number of innings logged by K-Rod this year. He is “hardly even” working. I understand the correlation of overuse leading to arms falling off, but this is not the case when he has nary an appearance that is more than 3 outs long. Scioscia and the Angels are using him as conservatively as possible in spite of the amazing number of saves.

Old news.
And still not much there about how having a high-functioning ‘pen for 7/8/9 allows starters to throw harder longer in innings 1 through 6, which is kind of important when you have league expansion and there are not enough quality pitchers to staff all the teams and who can go all 9.
Francisco Rodriguez: 191 career saves. 2 career Panthers, tied with Hector Carrasco.

Does this mean we know who Angels Aviator is IRL?
Otherwise, he should probably sue this guy and the register for plagiarism.
