no tentative “what if” picks are allowed in the game becuase it is difficult enough for SCOTNAK (our tabulator) to just enter guesses let alone make sure they are “correct” – the value of picking late is that you know the lineup, the problem with picking late is that you might forget or miss the cut-off, so if you take the convenience of picking way ahead of time you take the risk that Scioscia may bot put the player you pick in the lineup.
Modifications
Scottnak is kind and generous and will allow you to change your guesses before the cutoff time.
I have firsthand experience of such benevolence.
Just make sure you post as a reply and not a new post or else he might not be so understanding.
If GA wasn't so Lazy, I'd have something clever here.
