Angels Motivational Posters

EDIT - Front Page Promotion: This is one of the best FanPosts Ever on this site, these pictures may take a while to load but it is one of the best community efforts ever.

I find it difficult to conceive this hasn't been done yet, but I can't find anything of the sort.

Anyway, I don't have cable, so while watching the gameday and trying to get the am to come in I was thumbing through online collections of motivational poster parodies.

I'm sure these could be done much better by someone else, and would love to see the whole team framed up. I can't say I put much effort into this.

And I hope these make sense, I've been hitting the pino grigio pretty hard tonight.

Humility

That is.

Not so functioning with the reply button today.

You know what’s depressing? The notion that I went to my last game of the season without knowing it. I’m going to be wrapped up in a friend’s wedding at the end of this week and then me and my ‘ol lady are going on vacation. By the time I return we’ll be deep into post-season.

But at leas the last game I went to was Frankie’s record-breaker.

Random, misplaced musings while waiting for the end of the work day to roll around.

So, if you’re lucky enough to be going to another regular or post-season game at the Big A, have some fun and a Halocane for me.

by Zoe Necrosis on Sep 22, 2008 1:26 PM PDT to parent up reply reply actions actions   0 recs

On the bright side, the Angels will still be appearing in the post-season...

…which is still not to be taken for granted. And I’m sure watching the game while on vacation, drink in hand and toes in sand, will be better than sitting in a crowded stadium. Um, and, uh…OK, so it won’t be the same, but I tried. Perhaps what you need is….a motivational poster :)

For what it’s worth, I’ve been to 0 games since last summer and will likely carry that into 2009. Somebody please have one of these Halocanes for me too.
