Vlad hit a 3-mile high pop-up to rshallow right center field.
Polanco ran out and had the main bead on the ball. Granderson was running hard from deep center and had no chance. Then the wind caught it and sent it over to right field. Ordonez came in at the last second and it looks liked Polanco was going to hand it over to Ordonez, but Ordonez made no move for it and it dropped in between the three of them.

by Downing Rules on Sep 2, 2008 5:14 PM PDT up reply actions 0 recs
Why do you think it's Joe hate ?
It’s not Joe hate!
But the guy has been really struggling and that is emphasized by his stellar first half. He has pretty much crashed down to earth.
Nobody here hates Joe or wants him to lose; we want him to be back to his first half self and think he needs rest. With the lead we have over Texas… Why not ?
I don’t see a reason to call “hate” or “negativity abound” everytime somebody says something negative about someone.

There has not been much positive to say about Saunders last couple of pitching efforts
It doesn’t mean I don’t hope we win. It doesn’t mean I don’t think we’ll win.
What it does mean, is that Saunders has been really struggling. I think he needs a long rest.

Hunter as POTG
My curse on the angels: I have been to 3 of his 5 blown saves, I was at the no-hitter for weaver, and I was there when Maicer had a season ending injury.
I am one LUCKY fan
