It turns out, as evidenced by the next morning’s story, he was striking back on behalf of Red Sox Nation in response to all the "hatred" shown by Rays fans (I wonder why they would dislike a fine fellow like Mr. Sciecinski). He also goes on to say that his arrest photo looks "pretty cool." Despite your collective incredulity to being hated, o Red Sox Nation, on behalf of sports fans everywhere, you are indeed wicked awesome! Keep up the good work...
