Healthy
That is what matters to me.l
The Angels may have beat them 8 times in a row, but winning three before they do is all that matters.

But how many degrees from Kevin Bacon is all of this?
Francisco Rodriguez: 2006 to Present: 149 saves. 5 Panthers. As fabulous as Pride, Romero, Gregg, Budde and Dino Ebel combined.

Kevin Bacon starred in footloose
Pep Harris pitched 9 years ago, and Denzel Washington starred in Crimson Tide, which means in the words of Dark Helmut “Absolutely Nothing”.

Uh...What?
Jered Weaver signs: Good Move
Matt Brown signs: Draft pick, 100’s don’t pan out.
Callaspo for Bulger: Not great, but we had too many middle infielders and someone had to go.
O’Day signs: Again, plentys of these guys don’t pan out, and O’Day wasn’t that bad this year.
Justin Speier signs: Last year we really needed him, this year’s been bad but he could still turn things around.
GMJ: Stoneman’s worst move, hand’s down.
Darren Oliver: Aside from a horrible April 2007, Oliver’s been nails. Good move.
Alex Serrano signs: Draft pick, could turn out well for us. Not sure what the problem is.
Cabrera for Garland: GREAT move, as it turned out.
Honestly, besides GMJ, there’s not really a bad move here.

Really informative post
I like the chronology, and the picture it draws of how to build from within then add as best as is available. Great rundown. I liked it so much I posted a fanpost over on LoneStarBall, then learned that Scott Lucas had built a table showing much the same information on the Rangers.

Looking forward to the playoffs, without the Yankees and as soon as business is attended to, without the RedSox.
