Quentin flies to CF

The White Sox announced Friday that Quentin fractured his right wrist and will undergo surgery Monday morning to have a screw inserted. He will be re-evaluated in two or three weeks, putting the rest of his 2008 regular season in jeopardy.

If Texas continues losing to Boston (down 5-0)

It’ll drop to 5 without us lifting a finger.

it's against a contender, isn't it?

it gets us another win away from home field advantage, doesn’t it?

fact remains that this lineup was a joke, our starting pitcher was a joke, and we look like complete crap against a pitcher having a bad year.

projecting ahead, i guess.

i know we’re good on the road, but everybody else is soooo terribly BAD on the road that it would give us a gigantic edge
