I still contend

That Tampa Bay will have an early playoff exit

I'll drink to that

if they make the playoffs at all.

Francisco Rodriguez: 200 career saves. 4 career Panthers, almost 1/2 as awesome as GMJ.

Yeah, that was a massive fail on the part of ol' Percy.

He gave one up to A-Rod the other night, too. Maybe that TJ surgery is finally catching up to him.

what surgery?

You mean, from way back before he was a major-leaguer?

It's age at this point

IIRC he has had back problems, but so far as I can tell, his season with the Rays is amazing inasmuch as he’s been able to even stay on the field.

This is uh...a bad thing

The thought of either the Sox going to the playoff or that fuck-faced midget Pedroia winning the MVP make me hurl.

big deal

This news isn’t worth mentioning.

You are what you type.

heres the real question, which of these teams would we rather face in a short series

assuming we carry the best record and catch the wild card (which tampa or boston will get) i would rather play tampa in a short series personally. but thats just me, kinda hard to say either way.

Personally, I would rather take on Boston.

We square up very well against them this year and I would REALLY like to cut their playoff time to 3 quick games and send them packing.

Francisco Rodriguez: 201 career saves. 4 career Panthers, almost 1/2 as awesome as GMJ.
