Funny!. At 2:00 A.M on 1/18/09, I find this line on Cot's:
Nick Markakis of
6 years (2009-14)
signed extension with Baltimore 1/20/09
The dates didn't match. The Baltimore Sun article says it will probably be announced on Tuesday......which is 1/20/09.
