Twins are out.

I remember earlier in the season, Rev predicted that we'd have one more series in the Metrodome, in October.  Well, that will no longer come to pass as the Yankees completed their own ALDS sweep to set up the matchup Friday in New York.

It's a mixed thing for me personally because of my memories of the Angels there in 2002, but when I think of our series earlier in the season in the dome I'd rather play in NYC.  So New York had, what?, 7 players with 20+ homers?  I think the Angels would have had 6 with 20+ HR if they played in that joke of a stadium for half their games too.  And I think we'll get more than our fair share of them while in New York, and have the distinct advantage of being able to also win in our park.

I don't have a whole lot to say, just wanted to post my thoughts live as the Twins season came to an end, after their amazing run to claim the division title.  Go Angels!  Just need a quick four wins against the stripes and we'll see where we go from there.
