Well, it's after Clint Barmes (as you probably figured)

I noticed one day that, when he has no head covering on, he looks like a REALLY PASTY WHITE version of Destro, from G.I. Joe. The “wildly hacking destroyer of rallies” part is obvious.

It rolled off the tongue better than “Paleface Skeletor” or some such.
