Not sure, why would u offer him a contract the night before the Playoffs vs New York. His attention should be on New York and thats it not on a contract, was it Reagans who offered it to him?
I dont know if I ever heard of someone having a contract offered to them a night bfore the ALCS series??But, it sure got into his head
