Driven into right-center field, Erstad says he has it...the Angels, world champions!

Under, Yes, No

we will be too busy kicking their asses for the announcers to have time to verbally stroke the sox,

that is….of course if big John can nut up and win.

When I'm not at the stadium, I'd rather be watching my Halos back in Costa Rica!

Must be.

The first time I saw Lackey I thought he was nearly 30 and was puzzled when the announcers kept referring to him as a youngster. His voice is a surprise, too.

THIS… IS… ANAHEIM!!

I’d like to hear him when he gets pissed off

After that statistic somebody pointed out last year where over the 3-hour broadcast they spent a total of 14-40 minutes talking about the Angels, I would say WAY over on that first one!

And God help us all endure the misery that is a TBS postseason baseball broadcast. I am hoping that ESPN uses their own radio feed for the overseas broadcast. I may become downright homicidal if I have to listen to Buck Martinez for more than 15 seconds…

I think that Gibson came in 2nd (though the Lakers were probably in there too).

Funny anecdote from last night: I made a big pan of homemade lasagna for dinner, and the Li’l Dude, who tends to be a picky eater like most 6-year-olds, asked me, “Does lasagna taste good?”

Thinking of the Howards’ ads, and trying to inspire him to try it, I told him “You know who likes to eat lasagna? Mike Scioscia!”

He immediately responds, deadpan, “Mike Scioscia looks like he likes to eat lasagna!”

My wife and I almost lost it.
