Del Taco anyone?

Hunter goes "nuts" Krasovic from Fanhouse "In Boston, three weeks ago, I was pissed," he said. "I was upset and I'm pretty sure everybody was upset."

Hunter said he was unable to sleep on Thursday night and had so much adrenaline leading up to first pitch that he had a "little headache that felt good."

When Hunter nailed Lester's 79th pitch, he added to the queasy feeling that Red Sox manager Terry Francona had been feeling, caused by the Mexican food that had disagreed with him.

"Probably Del Taco," he said. "They don't support MLB, do they? They just support the Angels? Yeah, it was Del Taco."

this makes sense

as I was at the game during the pre game introductions of the teams. When Scosh was announced he went to home plate to shake the hand of Francona and Francona was no where to be found. So Ortiz went out and shaked his hand. Scosh looked pissed as he thought he was being disrespected.

I thought to myself, that it was pretty bush league to not go out and shake Scosh’s hands. It probably is a good thing Scosh didnt have to touch his hands!

It is all starting to make sense. A little del beef burrito didn’t sit very well with him….GREAT!!!!!

R.I.P. Nick, you are missed!

Sheer projection on Francona's part

Remember when Casey Kotchman got food poisoning at the hotel in Boston in (I think) 2007? No, Terry, that kind of crap is what Sux Nation does, not us.

I was surprised by Francona’s lack of composure in the postgame interview. He really seemed shaken, and not just by the bad Del Meat.

Haha

I guess this explains why at the post-game press conference when one of the reporters asked Francona about a beef with the umpries he said “Please, don’t say the word beef…”

yeah an Anchor on sportscenter made mention that Francona claimed to get food posioning.....

When I heard that I said outloud….“Karma’s a bitch Terry” and the people sitting around me just looked at me like I was some crazy drunk guy…….

LOL.

Creepy

That’s what me and my friends have been calling Del Taco for nigh on 15 years now (out of love, of course). Never heard anyone else refer to it that way before.
