Damn work!
I’ll be there in about 2 hours. Let’s do this boys! Don’t let em off the mat.
I feel the need, the need...for speed!
Wish I could go again tonight...
I’ll be using my thunderstix annoying every guy in my fraternity house tonight, Go Halos!
2009 Angels Season: Let's Do This For Nick
frat-tastic

Do they still call frat boys "row gods" at SC?
That’s what we in the dorms used to call them back in the day.
never heard that one
I never did, but that was 90’s

Get to watch this one
Had to deal with text message updates from my brother for last night’s.
This team is our extended family, That's why we love them no matter what the record, no matter what the score.
Anyone watching the other ALDS right now?
Chip Caray and Ron Darling are just epic fail behind the mike. I’m so glad the Angels didn’t draw these guys (again).
What, you don't like a thousand references to "fisting" a night?
Although, Darling did drop a Dennis Miller-esque Dag Hammarskjold reference during the Tigers-Twins play-in game that made me chuckle…
Official BYB Juju Consultant...now accepting rally creature applications!
My God are these two HOMERS
buried deep inside the bowels of the Skanks…or what!
When I'm not at the stadium, I'd rather be watching my Halos back in Costa Rica!

funny thing
We Tigers fans thought they were in the tanks for the Twinkies, and the Twins faithful thought they were overtly rooting for the Tigers…you hear what you want to hear, I guess.

Lesson learned, Oblio.
The worst thing is the day you realize you want to win more than the players do. - Gene Mauch
I wish I had a dollar
For every time I’ve heard Chip Caray call a sharp grounder a “line drive,” or every time he gets his home run call ready for a pop fly that dies 40 feet in front of the warning track or goes 20 rows foul.
I'll be watching
from my family room couch 3000+ miles away in NJ.
Let’s Go Halo’s!
We're putting the band back togehter.
I'll be watching...
…while I use the big Keck telescopes from the comfort of the remote observing room up at UCLA. It won’t be the same as being there, or cheering in front of the TV, but I’ll be hoping for an Angels win either way. Let’s go, Angels!
Point that telescope towards the stadium
It’ll be just like being there!
We Will Win With What We've Got
and now espn is...
saying angels have never won a series win they won the first game – didn’t know that (just remember 2002 on)
and beckett is 3-0 when red sox are down in the series
but around the horn guys saying the angels will win (didn’t hear pti)
the dudes from PTI said,
it was a great win but the job isnt finished yet.

Ya think?
And here I was thinking it was a best-of-one series. I’m sure glad ESPN has all these highly paid “analysts” to fill us in on details we all would have missed otherwise.
PTI is one of the few shows I enjoy on ESPN
but their take on baseball is as good as an average fan.

At least they're better than MLBN
I’m pretty sure Harold Reynolds’ take on baseball is worse than the average fan’s. But I guess for thinking you need teh interwebs.
Yeah and Cal on TBS yesterday was bullshit.

sorry to hear about the leg. I’ve been doing well. School is picking up and I’m doing research all the time for one of my history classes. Met a very promising lady who I really like.

the Great Plague of Seville
1647-1652. Took out about a quarter of the population in Seville. I’m trying to figure out how the city structure affected the spread of the plague.

lot of landowners died without heirs. Lawyers and cockroaches rise from the plague

yeah i definitely want to explore property laws
i want to see the ramifications of the plague on how land was sorted out

the captaons of Seville were famous for settling down with your great grand mothers. ;)

oh god
well my research will mostly concentrate on the city itself. Although I do run across stuff like that. Andalusia is a very fascinating place.

I'm gonna be spending half of the game approx here then heading to the sports bar where I was last night.
Shockingly there was NO Red Sox fans at the place I was at……..
Did meet one other Angel fan there though.
There were like 20 guys rooting on Nebraska against MizzU last night.
What a weird and great night.

God
AJ Burnett sucks. Five walks and two plunks in less than six innings. If the Twins had anyone who could hit outside of Span-Mauer-Kubel-Cuddyer they would have run him off the field by now. And if Carlos Gomez knew how to run the bases.
going to homecoming dance tonite...

Really pitching above himself the last few weeks. Even if they do chase him here, he’s made an impressively gutsy start.
hopefully a DP to end the inning.
