I don't know where all his money went
but I don’t know how anyone can afford to live there!! $6500 a month for mortgage + $1500 a month in association fees?? I do not think most people could afford $8K a month for somewhere to live..

Even better...
I went to grad school at UCI and my wife and I could barely afford a 2 bedroom apartment off campus. It was crazy. I was making $2000 a month TA’ing and lecturing there as well as teaching at a JC on the side WHILE getting my MFA and my wife was a substitute teacher working 3 days a week. Our rent was north of $1500 for a 900 square foot nothing. It’s crazy there….
My senior colleagues couldn’t live within 15 miles of UCI and they were making bank…
RIP Nick...
