John Sickels' Top 20 Angels Prospects
All in all, the most upbeat assessment of our system I've seen from an outsider in a long time.

you're right, a pretty positive assessment but rghan i wonder if you know...
as a point of reference how some of our current halos graded on sickels scale. i remember reading his evaluations and i’d get upset there weren’t more “a” grades but for the most part he does a great job.

Agree
It was very positive.
I take it that SOS is not longer eligible for the prospect lists?

If Morales, Weaver, Kendrick, and Aybar were all B+'s at one point or another...
I cannot wait to see what Trout and Reckling can do! And for what BWood might be able to do with 450-600 ABs!

so based on this
trout is our of’er of the future, huh?
that’s cool, fits nicely with salmon.
"it's mind-bottling."

sounds like Pettit can make a good impact as well.
but yes, Trout seems to be our future star
Thank you, Nick Adenhart. You will always be remembered. #34

I'm thinking Bourjos will bridge the gap between Torii and Trout
And who knows, with his speed, if he develops a little more power could be a solid left fielder for us as well.

Awesome rghan, thanks!
This goes to show that you can have a pretty damn good MLB caliber player who grades out in the C+to B range

Martinez, Bachanov, Corbin and Kehrer
I’m really intrigued to see these guys pitch against some better competition.
Honestly surprised that Corbin and Kehrer made it on the list however. Sort of seems like they got the nod for upside since we haven’t seen too much of them so far.

Trevor Reckling
