Angels Sign GM Tony Reagins To Extension
From the official Angels press release:
ANAHEIM, CA - The 2009 A.L. West Division champion Angels announced Friday that General Manager Tony Reagins has received a long-term contract extension. Reagins became the 10th General Manager in Club history when he signed an initial three-year contract on October 16, 2007. Per club policy, no terms of the agreement will be released.
Reagins, 42, has spent 18 seasons in the Angels organization. Prior to his promotion to General Manager, he served six seasons as the Angels' Director of Player Development. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing the club's minor league system comprised of seven affiliates, including a club and developmental academy in San Pedro De Macoris, Dominican Republic.

If you look at their respective WAR, it's not even close.
But we should have really been focusing on Lackey here.

As of right now
I’d rather him be a #1 starter

I wish.
On a side note to that: Wouldn’t it be cool if someone on Halosheaven was really a player or somebody like Tony or Arte?
And we never even knew!

Someone from the Angels Organization does visit this site
It shows up on the Site Meter stats. Don’t know who it is though.

How does sitemeter discriminate famous people from non-famous people?

I believe am830's studio is located in the stadium
so that would make sense.
Good call by 44…though I would not be surprised in the least if the Ninja reads HH.

Biggs reads threads. He doesn't merely park on the main page.

Just skimming the home page? Weak, man.
We got too much content around here to remain disengaged. Perhaps they are not to be wandering around fan blogs using work systems so as to not allow the organization to be associated with controversy beyond their control? So they use personal systems, from home?

I found it interesting that he literally typed in HH'S URL
He/She (Hey, ya never know :) didn’t find it through a link. Heh

Correct. That is how I am reading it, as well.
Somebody from within the Angels administrative offices is coming directly to the main page and leaving directly. Maybe some secretary or PR guy or gal given some assigned daily task to check the list of Angel related sites. Whatever it is that they are looking for here, clearly they are not finding it. We need to do a better job.

It doesn't matter how they get here.
Type in URL, click a link from Favorites, click off a Favories bar, home page setting, etc. They got here. They got no further than the main page. They left. Nothing on the main page intrigued them. We ain’t trying hard enough.

the reason we found out
was because of how often we saw this visitor on the logs, it happens every day.

This fits my theory.
Somebody there is charged with scanning web sites daily. They read headlines, look around for something, don’t find it, and go off to the next site on their list.
So, whatever it is that they are looking for on this site, something that would trigger them to click into a post, they are not finding it. Yet.
